What else is there?
You will spend time harvesting produce in Bhavana’s organic garden. As part of the cooking school experience, you will be creating lunch based on the theoretical principles shared, which will nourish and uplift you, while learning how to implement all you have learnt into your kitchen.
Led by Joanna Rushton, holistic wellness coach, energy therapist, & ex competitive body builder. Jo has done the rounds when it comes to using food and nutrition to fuel the body for a competitive edge.

Jo Rushton, formerly a qualified Chef, has studied under some of the worlds leading holistic health practitioners and healers and is a Faculty Member of the CHEK Institute and teaches Holistic Lifestyle Coach (HLC) Level 1 and 2 across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada and the UK. She is a two times #1 Amazon Best Selling author of ‘Rocket Fuel On A Budget’ and ‘All Things Coconut’ and is also a Co-Founder and Director of Bhavana Organic Farm + Cooking School. Jo has been studying and practicing energy medicine since 2005 and has a multi-disciplinary private practice, working with individuals, families and organisations, leading the way in preventative health and adding quality years to peoples lives.

THE RESEARCH
We are continuously discovering new and exciting links between our mind and body, requiring us to adapt our mental, emotional and physical approach to health.
Join two Peak Performance Coaches Gary Carroll and Taylor Cecil, as they share the latest research on the links between our minds and our physiology.
Understanding the mind-body connection allows us to unlock our potential and operate at an optimum level of health and vitality without the need for external assistance.
Cold Immersion AND BREATHING
Through two invaluable practices: breathing and cold immersion, you’ll learn how to improve the quality of your health, as well as gain a greater understanding of how you make decisions and your responses under pressure.
With the focus on decoding your reactions in the ice, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your own psyche; giving you invaluable and transferable insight.

Why are we doing this?
Gary has been personally implementing this approach for over two and a half years. He has his own ice bath and consistently does the breathing practice almost every day. In that period he has not been sick, ill and required no medications or supplements. During that time he trained for and ran a 183km ultra-marathon and believes that these practices are a key reason why he stayed so healthy during this period. He is truly passionate about the influence these practices can have the quality of people’s lives; mentally, emotionally and physically and is empowered to share it with as many people as he can.
Taylor has been fine-tuning athletic performance and health for himself and his clients over the years. His first introduction to cold therapy was during his years as a professional triathlete, using the mechanism to increase athletic achievement and recovery. He now uses it as a practice for mental health while still getting the physical benefits. Taylor’s goal is to inform people of the method that has helped people achieve more fearlessness in their approach to life.
